What about my credit score?

Your credit score is a rating that rates the likelihood that you will repay a loan, based on your past performance. The scoring process gives you a rating between 0 and 850, and typically, people with scores under 500 have difficulty getting credit.

What does it take to move into one of your houses?

In the certain situations, you can move in with no application and no credit check. For other situations, a credit check is needed.

What about pets?

Pets are welcome in all properties, however, depending on insurance company exclusions, some dogs, like Pit Bulls or Dobermans may not be acceptable.  

People who move into these home have an owner mentality. While the deal hasn't closed yet (ownership not transferred immediately), most treat the house as if it were their own.

Do you handle regular rentals?

Preferably not, but for someone who might be interested in purchasing the home, will consider.   All properties we handle in this program are rent to own only.
